How to place a custom order

  1. Contact us and Michael will be happy to discuss what you have in mind.
  2. The next step is for you to look over and complete a detailed spec/order sheet we will send you. This will also help you to think about details you might not have yet considered. You might also want to look through the gallery of instruments for ideas about what you like (and don't like).
  3. Once we receive this 'wishlist' from you we will go over it together with you, to finalise the details and quote you a price. You will have to reconfirm to make sure nothing was left out or remains unclear.
  4. In order for us to start working on your instrument we need to receive a 50% deposit. Once we have started working this deposit is non-refundable (see 'Fine Print' below for more details).  Updates are given by email and any changes are confirmed by email as well, on request we will send you photos throughout the process.
  5. Once the instrument is completed the balance becomes due, including any additional shipping charges.  The instruments ships once we receive the funds.

For custom orders placed through your dealer this process remains the same and we are always available for consultation or questions -- we want to keep as direct a communication as possible with you to ensure your instrument will fulfil your expectations!

No matter if you purchase an instrument already made or order a custom built one made to your specifications, we like to keep a close communication with our customers - your satisfaction is important to us!  For our terms and conditions see the fine print.
